Job Summary

NorthPoint Search Group is hiring a Relationship‑Driven Recruiting Partner (Accounting & Finance) in Duluth, Gwinnett County, US. This remote‑friendly role focuses on sourcing and placing senior finance talent while leveraging your existing CFO and controller network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with CFOs, controllers, hiring managers, and business owners.
• Identify, engage, and place qualified accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to offer negotiation and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the ATS.
• Meet or exceed monthly placement targets and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven network of senior finance contacts (CFOs, Controllers, VP Finance, etc.).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet aggressive placement deadlines.

Compensation

Earn a competitive 50/50 commission split—one of the highest in the industry—with a guaranteed salary of $150,005.11 per year.
