Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with law enforcement, fire, EMS, corrections, and local government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain contract management systems and track key dates and obligations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, and sales teams, to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Provide risk assessments and recommendations for contract improvements.
• Support audit processes and respond to contractual inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract analysis, drafting, or legal support.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
