Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary transportation projects from conception through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to win new contracts and expand existing client relationships in South Dakota.
• Mentor and supervise project teams, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
