Behavioral Health Works is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide tele‑health services to clients throughout Southfield, Oakland County, US. This full‑time remote‑enabled role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based speech‑language assessments and individualized therapy plans via video conferencing.
- Document clinical notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Provide parent and caregiver education, training, and support to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Participate in clinical mentorship programs and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure in Michigan (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using tele‑health platforms.
