Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 55 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 12 Section 504 plans.
• Coordinate compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
• Conduct virtual meetings with teachers, parents, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate case records in Fullmind’s educator portal.
• Provide timely progress reports and recommendations for student support.

Requirements

• Valid Connecticut teacher certification in Special Education.
• Experience as an elementary case manager or compliance coordinator.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM‑3:30 PM EST.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
