Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry‑standard tools.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, define test plans, and ensure business requirements are met.
• Perform manual and automated functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide consultative guidance.
• Document test results, defects, and provide clear recommendations for remediation.
• Mentor junior QA staff and drive best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of QA testing experience, including both manual and automated testing.

• Experience with business analysis and consulting within complex program environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite full‑time in Pimmit, Fairfax County.
