About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce daily reports for leadership.
• Facilitate virtual handoffs between shifts, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing real‑time feedback and support.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer or internal issues, escalating only when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or shift‑lead experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing remote or hybrid teams.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM platforms, and basic spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
