Job Summary

Swift Public Adjusters is hiring a Licensed Outside Sales Representative in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County, US. This remote role combines virtual work with in‑person client outreach across the Gateway region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities with homeowners and commercial clients in the St. Louis market.
• Conduct on‑site client meetings, assessments, and presentations to explain public adjusting services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company compliance and licensing standards.
• Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal staff, and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Stay current on Missouri insurance regulations, public adjusting laws, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Active Missouri public adjuster license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Minimum 3 years proven outside sales experience, preferably in insurance, claims, or related services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort juggling multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the St. Louis metro area.

Compensation & Benefits
