About the Role
As a Quality Advisor you will ensure that engineering designs, construction activities and operational processes meet the highest standards of safety, compliance and performance. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and clients to embed quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain quality plans, procedures and audit schedules for assigned projects.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits, identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices.
- Support risk assessments and ensure traceability of documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare clear reports for senior management and client stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance within engineering, nuclear or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and sector‑specific standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CQE, NEBOSH) are a plus.
