Netbox Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Maidstone, Kent. This hybrid role offers a flexible Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with easy access to the M20 and an attractive compensation package of £28,000‑£45,000 (OTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for a range of client sectors, from brief to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using databases, social media, and networking events.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through proactive business development.
