Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across a range of sectors using phone, email and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess talent fit and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Assist senior consultants in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce regular activity reports.
