Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients and translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion PPM.
• Design, configure, and test end‑to‑end PPM solutions, including project budgeting, costing, billing, and resource management.
• Provide expert guidance during system integration, data migration, and interface development.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user adoption programs for project teams.
• Support post‑go‑live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate milestone‑based travel as needed for on‑site engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion PPM (or Oracle E‑Business Suite PPM) in complex, multi‑site environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of project financials, cost control, billing, and resource planning.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, create functional design documents, and manage configuration settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (PPM Functional).
