Key Responsibilities

• Assess the functionality, architecture, and performance of approximately 20 custom applications used by the State of Ohio.
• Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and alignment with agency objectives.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend replacement solutions or modernization strategies for each application.
• Develop high‑level architectural designs, integration plans, and migration roadmaps.
• Lead project management activities, including scope definition, timeline creation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with the City of Columbus Department of Technology, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business analysis, and project management.
• Proven experience evaluating and modernizing legacy applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Certification such as TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and attend occasional on‑site meetings in Ohio.
