Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to verify contractual requirements and gather accurate measurements for conservatories, windows and doors.
• Produce detailed drawings and reports that enable the installation team to work efficiently and meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with estimators and field teams to ensure quotations are realistic and aligned with site conditions.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety while on site, adhering to Anglian’s quality protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and offering professional advice on product options.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Surveyor, Field Surveyor, Estimator or in a window and door/home‑improvement role.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate measurement and drawing creation.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and CAD software is advantageous.
