Affiliate Executive

The Affiliate Executive role at Anglian in Old Catton, Norwich supports and optimises the company’s affiliate marketing programme for the UK’s leading home improvement brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the affiliate network, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and produce regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and product teams to create compelling offers and creatives for affiliates.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing timely support and resolving any issues.
• Help develop and implement optimisation strategies to increase revenue, click‑through rates and conversion rates.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates and manage contract negotiations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, compliance standards and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or digital acquisition.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with external partners.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the home improvement sector is a plus but not essential.
