Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze sales and customer‑relationship requirements.
• Design, configure, and test SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM modules to meet functional specifications.
• Perform system integrations, data migrations, and interface testing between SD, CRM, and other SAP components.
• Provide end‑user training, create documentation, and support post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best‑practice solutions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP SD and CRM functional consultant.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, and customer master data in SAP SD.
• Proven expertise configuring SAP CRM sales, service, and interaction center functionalities.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments and integration tools (IDocs, ALE, BAPI).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution) is a plus.
