IAM Engineer- Sailpoint FAM -W2 Role

Pilvi Systems is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer specialized in SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM) for a remote W2 contract role based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer SailPoint FAM across a large corporate environment.
• Integrate SailPoint FAM with existing identity governance, access management, and provisioning systems.
• Design and maintain user lifecycle policies, rules, and provisioning workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FAM issues and related technologies.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding of applications.
• Document configurations, processes, and best‑practice guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint File Access Manager implementation and administration.
• Proven track record integrating SailPoint FAM in enterprise‑scale environments.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, and access control models.
• Familiarity with supporting technologies such as LDAP/AD, SSO, and API integrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
