Business System Analyst (Payment with ACH)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise ACH, EDI and NACHA payment processes for banking and financial services clients.
• Gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, QA and operations, to ensure timely delivery of payment solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and risk evaluations for payment system enhancements.
• Support system testing, UAT coordination and post‑implementation monitoring.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on payment regulations, NACHA rules and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in banking, payments or financial services.
• Deep understanding of ACH, EDI and NACHA processing, including settlement cycles and exception handling.
• Proven ability to work with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) or similar large‑scale consulting environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
