Job Summary
Procal Technologies is hiring a Certified Pega Lead System Architect to work in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) based in Clinton, Hunterdon County, US. This senior role leads the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale Pega solutions with a competitive salary of $162,501.67.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and design of complex Pega applications for enterprise clients.
- Drive AI‑powered decisioning, case management, and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery.
- Define integration patterns with external systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers on best practices and Pega standards.

Required Qualifications
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) credential.

- Proven experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS) and cloud deployments.
