Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Remote Conveyancer to join its residential property practice in Eastern England, UK. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000‑£50,000 and the flexibility to manage cases from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with CLC regulations.
• Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and completion statements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, mortgage lenders, estate agents and solicitors via phone, email and video calls.
• Coordinate with the New Business and Post‑Completion teams to streamline hand‑over processes.
• Maintain accurate case records in the firm’s document management system.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, advising clients on legal implications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in property law and best practice.

Requirements

• Qualified Conveyancer (CILEx) or minimum 7 years of residential conveyancing experience.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload remotely.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
