UKG Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain UKG Pro and UKG Force Management applications.
• Provide Tier‑2 support and troubleshoot system issues for end users.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation.
• Assist with data integrations, uploads, and reporting using UKG tools.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technology‑related field.
• UKG Pro or UKG Force Management certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with UKG Pro.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for remote collaboration.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a personal computer (equipment not provided).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with UKG Timekeeping or Workforce Central modules.

Work Schedule & Location
