Job Summary

3AMIGOSIT LLC is seeking a CIAM / SSO Engineer – Ping to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on migrating SiteMinder implementations to PingFederate and delivering high‑scale customer identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing SiteMinder SSO environments to PingFederate.
• Design, build, and implement PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingMFA, and PingAccess solutions.
• Configure and optimize customer identity (CIAM) platforms for high‑availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate identity services into web and mobile applications.
• Develop automation scripts and documentation for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on CIAM/IAM engineering.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingMFA, and PingAccess.
• Deep expertise in customer‑identity (CIAM) projects, not just workforce SSO.
• Proven track record delivering high‑scale identity solutions for large user bases.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).

Compensation

Annual salary: $160,486.30 (USD)
