Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets using the company’s ITSM platform while meeting service level agreements.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation for common issues, work‑arounds, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with on‑site equipment setup, imaging, and deployment for new hires and relocations.
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a service desk or help‑desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications.
