Palantir Foundry Engineer

DynPro Inc. is seeking a Palantir Foundry Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) to work remotely from anywhere in the US. This hands‑on role involves end‑to‑end ownership of Foundry use cases for enterprise healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise data pipelines, transforms, and workflows within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop full‑stack Foundry applications, including front‑end visualisations and back‑end logic.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders via video‑based meetings to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and performance standards are met for healthcare data.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing on Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/React.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, and workflow orchestration.
• Background in enterprise healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, or related regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills for remote, video‑based collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Prior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of machine‑learning pipelines and model deployment within Foundry.

Compensation

Salary: $88,146.96 per year (fixed). Additional performance‑based incentives may apply.
