About This Position
Join Dexperts Inc as a ServiceNow SecOps Architect on a 6‑month contract, either 100% remote or onsite in Stamford, Fairfield County, CT. Lead the design and delivery of advanced security operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, configure, and deploy ServiceNow SecOps modules for vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Design scalable, automated security workflows that integrate with existing ITSM and security tools.
- Collaborate with security engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct solution reviews, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and handover materials for post‑contract continuity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Hands‑on experience with vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to build automated security orchestration and response (SOAR) workflows.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps) preferred.
