About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and treat patients presenting to the Emergency Department during night hours (typically 7 pm–7 am).
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence‑based interventions.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses according to hospital protocols.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
- Participate in rapid response and code blue events, providing life‑saving care when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Louisiana.

- Certification in BLS and ACLS required; Trauma certification a plus.
