Job Summary

WALGREENS is hiring a Hybrid Pharmacist to work four days in retail locations across Missouri and one day remote supporting centralized services. This role ensures safe compounding, dispensing, review, and verification of medications while delivering excellent pharmacy consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Compound, dispense, and verify prescribed medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide patient counseling and medication therapy management both in‑store and via remote channels.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, call‑center staff, and micro‑fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, inventory, and documentation.
• Support centralized pharmacy services on the remote workday, including drug utilization reviews and clinical queries.
• Adhere to WALGREENS policies, SOPs, and quality‑assurance standards.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in Missouri.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for in‑person and virtual patient interactions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including one remote day per week.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management software and electronic health records.
