  • Structure term sheets, option pools, and SAFEs while aligning incentives between founders, investors, and the studio.
  • Support fundraising by refining pitch narratives, financial models, and data rooms, and by conducting warm investor introductions.
  • Advise founders on hiring priorities, product milestones, pricing experiments, and channel strategies that unlock repeatable growth.
  • Track portfolio performance with clear KPIs, run postmortems, and apply insights to improve future deal flow and studio playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in venture capital, startup operations, or product leadership with direct involvement in early-stage company building.

  • Strong analytical toolkit: market sizing, unit economics, cap table math, and scenario modeling across B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for crisp memos, founder feedback, and investor updates across cultures and time zones.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action balanced by disciplined risk management and ethical judgment.
